The Ice Shaver I ordered arrived the other day.

So we had all we needed to make the Patbingsu.

My mother made Mochi and toasted almond flour for toppings.

We also had grapes, pineapple, blueberries, jam, and condensed milk. The Pat was very sweet and sort of nutty.
