Mama had awoken earlier on the third day, and so had already eaten her breakfast by the time I got up later on. I had an apple and some toast to start my day.
Later in the day, mama asked me to prepare some Macha tea using the tea set she bought several years ago. I heated the water in the microwave up to around 140 degrees and then poured it into the small blue carafe.
I placed two scoops of the tea powder in the bowl and then added the water after it had cooled down to 120 degrees. The tea is mixed using a brushing motion with a bamboo implement. It gets rather frothy.

Around noon, I prepared some Mexican Street Taco mix with chopped beef and added in some of the leftover fried-rice and paprika from the day before. I set the oven to preheat and placed inside two soft tortillas topped with cheese and salsa.

For dinner, I heated up a container filled with spicy Korean soup and added some defrosted seafood. I used a shallow pot and placed the soup on the large burner so it would get evenly heated.
