I recently had a bad experience at my local Walmart. While filling out the store survey afterwards, I felt compelled to save my comment’s.
I have previously left a 5-star review on their Google Map listing, but now I think I need to change that.

My checkout experience was difficult.
There were only 3 self-checkout kiosk available at either end of the store and the regular checkout lanes were undermanned.
The lines were very long. This wasn’t the first time I’ve seen the store like this. It’s becoming a regular occurrence. The level of attentiveness seems far less compared to previous years.
The employee overseeing the self checkout had on headphones and was using his phone, not keeping an eye on the checkout area.
At the same time, I observed several employees standing around chatting, not working. I passed a group of employees conversing near the dairy coolers.
At the pharmacy, I helped an elderly customer retrieve an item from an upper shelf. No employees were around to assist them. She said she had been trying to get someones attention for awhile.
The pharmacy staff didn’t even look her way.
